• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals as they walk through the door and answer phones.
• Direct individuals to where in the building they are going and transfer calls to staff.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by administrator.
• Maintain current directories of staff and residents.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents and interact with them with warmth and respect.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
• Report concerns to the appropriate department head.
• Report incidents and unsafe situations immediately.
• Know and apply federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
