Job summary

Air Methods CBS seeks a Clinical Flight Crew member to deliver pre-hospital advanced life support in a busy 911 environment from initial contact through handoff at the receiving facility.

You will work within state scope of practice, maintain certifications, and participate in ongoing education and safety training. This role requires 3+ years’ 911 experience and may involve flight duties and on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a busy 911 system.
• Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support from first contact to handoff at receiving facility.
• Perform duties per base/state scope of practice and maintain competency through ongoing education.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, and safety trainings; attend six education programs annually.
• Report equipment status and ensure supplies onboard aircraft for rapid response.
