Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ recent 911 experience.
• Flight/critical care transport experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support from initial contact to handoff at receiving facility.
• Work within state scope of practice and maintain competency through ongoing education.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and required trainings; attend at least six educational programs per year.
• Keep aircraft clean and stocked; report equipment issues promptly; ensure rapid response to transport requests.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings; assist with liftoff checklist and pilot communications.
• Perform required safety briefings and support neonatal/pediatric transports when needed.
