Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on a per diem basis at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL. Shifts are 7pm–7:30am with weekend coverage and a 32–72 hour per 6-week schedule.

The role requires an Associate's degree or BSN, IL RN licensure, and CPR certification. Benefits include incentive plans, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health options.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensed RN in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and the care team in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.
