Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Commitment to night/weekend shifts and per diem scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient assessment and collection of health data.
- Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
- Communicates clearly with patients, families and staff in multiple formats.
- Adjusts patient and family teaching to meet learning needs.
- Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards and regulations.
