Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on the Per Diem basis at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL.

Shift: 7pm–7:30am with weekend coverage; Per Diem Commitment Level 1: 32-72 hours per 6-week schedule; No travel required.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, clear communication, and ongoing learning to maintain nursing practice standards. Must hold IL RN license and AHA CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current IL nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data.
• Coordinate patient plan of care for safe, timely interventions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Provide patient/family teaching tailored to learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of nursing standards and regulations.
