Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to posted schedule and proper time-off procedures.
• Maintain proper time-clock procedures to ensure accurate hours worked.
• Wait on tables and take resident orders in a professional manner.
• Familiarize staff with menu items and communicate specials and resident issues.
• Check dining rooms pre-meal for proper setup and post-meal for cleanup and reset.
• Assist in interviewing and recommending personnel to fill vacancies.
• Delegate stations and ensure efficient workflow during service.
• Instruct new waitstaff and provide appropriate training.
• Monitor staff activity to maintain smooth service and proper plating.
• Ensure safe and sanitary procedures are followed throughout service.
