Job summary

Masonicare at Middlewoods of Farmington - Farmington, CT is seeking a Food and Hospitality Associate (PER DIEM) to support dining services under the Director of Dining Services.

You will help set up and assemble meals for residents, assist during service, and ensure resident needs are met promptly and courteously while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. The role emphasizes interaction with residents, families and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school.
• Experience: On-the-job-training.

Responsibilities

• Must complete prepatory service assignments and post-service assignments in a timely manner.
• Must participate in menu class and present it to residents in a clear, informative and courteous fashion.
• Wait on tables in a timely manner and ensure resident needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Interact with residents, families and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform (clean shirt, bow tie, apron, name tag, black slacks and shoes, and a pen).
• Attend all mandatory education events.
