Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Nursing Unit in Clifton Springs on a per diem, as-needed schedule. You will deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the nursing team, supporting daily living activities and comfort.

Qualifications

• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows the resident's care card and follows nurse directions.
• Gives personal care: bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
• Assists with personal services and daily living activities.
• Observes or reports changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Transports residents throughout the facility as needed.
• Attends required in-services and floats as needed.
