Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Clifton Springs Nursing Home, evenings. The role supports long-term care residents with direct care, mobility assistance, and daily activities within a 37.5-hour week schedule (3p-11p, M-F, every other weekend).

Qualifications

• Must be NYS Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities per care plan.
• Transport residents to activities and document/report as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment and support families.
