Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are highly desired.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows care cards for daily personal care needs and treatments.
• Gives personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, ambulating).
• Assists with laundry, room upkeep, and activities of daily living.
• Reports patient condition changes to the nurse.
• Performs procedures under supervision as outlined by policy.
