Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem shifts in Clifton Springs, NY. The CNA will provide high-quality, individualized patient care in collaboration with the nursing team and support the unit with a flexible per diem schedule.

• Must be currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
• Read and follow resident care plans; escalate questions to the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Assist with and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences when able.
