Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows residents' care cards for daily personal care needs, treatments and therapies.
• Gives personal care including bathing, transferring, feeding and ambulating.
• Promotes resident independence and involvement in activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal services and room upkeep; guides visitors to the supervising nurse.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Transports residents within the facility as needed.
