Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist on a per diem basis to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in a PHP/IOP context. You’ll develop treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with a broader care team in onsite settings in Massachusetts.

Candidates must hold MA licensure and have group therapy experience. We offer clinical supervision hours toward licensure and a structured supervision program to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Massachusetts state licensure.
• Group Facilitation experience with structured curriculum.
• Willingness to provide supervision to associate clinicians as part of Guidelight’s program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within specified timeframes and document thoroughly.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
