Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services onsite for PHP/IOP clients in Massachusetts.

The role includes developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Licensed therapists with group therapy experience and a willingness to supervise associate clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts.
• Group facilitation experience and willingness to follow a structured curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and therapeutic services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and consult with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care.
