Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services within our PHP/IOP program onsite in Massachusetts. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other clinicians to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

PRN expectations include 8–10 hours per week. Experience with group therapy is required; independent Massachusetts licensure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts.
• Group Facilitation experience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with appropriate thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources during treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision with updates and questions to support licensure.
