Job summary

Guidelight Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in PHP/IOP programs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy as needed.

This role is onsite, PRN with a minimum 8 hours per month and up to 10 hours per week. Massachusetts licensure preferred (LMHC, LICSW) and supervision is provided to support licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in the state (Massachusetts preferred or licensed).
• Group facilitation experience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum.
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and guidelines.
