Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist for per diem coverage onsite in Massachusetts. The therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, and will develop treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing supervision support are key components of the role. Massachusetts licensure is required; associate clinicians may be supervised per policy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with group therapy required.
• If eligible, provide formal clinical supervision to associate clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial evaluations to determine client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians to coordinate care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and document findings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review cases and level of care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and treatment options.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
