Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Per Diem) to provide high-quality behavioral health care onsite in Massachusetts. The role includes developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and delivering individual and group therapies within a per diem framework.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in a related field and MA licensure (LMHC/LICSW preferred); supervision for associates is available. PRN coverage, with limited hours per month and week, is required.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in MA; independent licensure preferred (LMHC/LICSW).
• Group facilitation experience and willingness to follow a structured curriculum.
• Willing to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians per guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Document progress and adjust plans; collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within specified timeframes and guidelines.
