Job summary

Guidelight Health, a new behavioral health provider, seeks a Clinical Therapist for per diem coverage onsite. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments for individuals with behavioral health needs.

The position supports group therapy and occasional 1:1 sessions, with a minimum of 8 hours per month and up to 10 hours per week. Massachusetts licensure is required; supervision is provided to support licensure goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active MA licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and following a structured curriculum.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for group therapy and occasional 1:1 sessions as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and document findings.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within specified timeframes and report to clinical leaders.
