Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services onsite at Cherry Creek, Denver. Responsibilities include assessing clients, creating treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapies.

The role supports supervision toward licensure and requires a master’s degree with CO licensure. PRN coverage with minimum 8 hours/month is available, including group and occasional 1:1 sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Independent licensure in Colorado preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
