Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist for per diem coverage at our onsite Central Park location. You will provide high-quality behavioral health services, including group therapy and occasional 1:1 sessions, while developing treatment plans and conducting assessments.

Must hold a master's degree in a relevant field and active licensure. We offer supervision hours toward licensure, a competitive pay range, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Independent state licensure in the applicable state.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and with proper thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues, building trust.
