• Enter computer orders accurately and maintain patient medication profiles.
• Review orders for therapeutic appropriateness, interactions, and safety; document interventions.
• Supervise technicians and delegate tasks; ensure accurate dispensing and controlled substance audits.
• Communicate drug information clearly to physicians and staff; contribute to patient education and cost-saving measures.
• Participate in clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives; support P&T activities.
