Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule, pre-register, and obtain insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and identify patients needing financial counseling.
• Enter data into scheduling systems and coordinate with providers.
• Triage clinical issues to determine scheduling actions and follow prescribed protocols.
• Maintain appointment blocks and communicate test preparations to patients.
