• All external candidates must have a BSN in Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level assessment and reassessment to set care priorities and plan patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, cost-effective care transitions.
• Advocate for patient self-determination and ensure accurate clinical documentation in the medical record.
