Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver for per diem, all shifts to support residents in daily living activities under the Health & Wellness Director. The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or DHS certification and a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, behavior support, social activities, and documentation, while upholding safety, dignity, and confidentiality for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift.
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor.
