Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to join our Health & Wellness team in a non-exempt, hourly role. You will support residents with daily living activities to reflect each care plan, and report to the Health & Wellness Director.

The position offers a $23.00 per hour wage and requires CNA or DHS certification with a HS diploma. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and activities; maintaining safety, dignity, and confidentiality; documenting care

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or DHS certification and a high school diploma.
• Experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
