Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to join our team as a full-time, non-exempt HHA/CNA. The position supports residents with daily living activities, under the Health & Wellness Director, with per-diem options and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, housekeeping, and activity participation while maintaining resident dignity and safety. Prior dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor promptly.
