Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Per Diem home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) to support residents under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position with per-diem availability.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities per the care plan, such as personal care, meals, and activities, while prioritizing safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) required.
• Experience with elderly residents; dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change of condition to your supervisor immediately.
