Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities as outlined in each resident’s care plan. This full-time and/or part-time, non-exempt, hourly position offers $21.00–$22.00 per hour and requires CNA or CHHA certification with experience in elder care.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, housekeeping, and activity assistance, with shifts from 3pm-11pm for full-time and 11pm-7am for part-time.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide required/preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in their care plan.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided to residents during your shift.
• Report any change of condition in a resident to your supervisor immediately.
