Phoenix House Florida is seeking Per Diem Behavioral Health Technicians to support safety, supervision, and daily operations in our program. You will conduct facility checks, assist with activities, and document daily events in the electronic health record within 30 days of employment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and a good driving record for transportation of residents to appointments and activities. In-person work location.

Competenze

• Ability to work with a diverse criminal justice population.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office and internet capabilities.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety and program compliance through regular facility checks and supervision.
• Maintain communication with residents to monitor environment and coordinate activities.
• Provide transportation for residents to appointments and activities using company vehicles.
• Oversee morning meetings, wrap-up sessions, and conduct or assist groups as directed.
• Perform opening/closing facility runs and monitor overall safety and security.
