Phoenix House Florida is seeking a dedicated program staff member to maintain Therapeutic Community (TC) program compliance, coordinate resident activities, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. The role involves transporting residents, leading meetings, and overseeing housing areas.

Responsibilities include documenting daily activities, communicating with leadership about incidents, and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure TC program compliance through regular facility checks and monitoring.
• Maintain communication with resident structure to assess environment and coordinate activities.
• Provide transportation to residents for medical, employment and other approved purposes.
• Oversee daily meetings, wrap-ups, and conduct/assist group sessions as directed.
• Perform opening/closing facility runs and security checks.
• Monitor cleanliness, order and safety of house/dorm and supervise activities.
• Document daily activities thoroughly and timely.
• Communicate incidents to supervisor and follow escalation procedures.
• Screen residents and belongings for safety and policy adherence.
• Ensure access to medications and compliance with program rules.
