Lucid Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ operates a 24-hour residential facility and seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to join the on-site team. You’ll support residents as part of their treatment plan, document progress, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

You will liaise with professionals, refer to external services, and assist with medication evaluations. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and sound judgment daily.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of basic crisis intervention and de-escalation methods.
• Current CPR/First Aid training.
• Able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
• TB skin test completed before starting.
• Valid driver’s license or state identification card.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as part of the resident’s treatment team.
• Make necessary referrals and liaise with other agencies.
• Provide timely documentation to support services rendered.
• Build a support network around residents with collateral sources.
• Provide clinical supportive interventions per the treatment plan.
• Ensure residents attend medication evaluations and appointments.
• Monitor and report residents’ activities and safety.
• Document emergency situations and notify staff.
• Complete daily progress notes toward treatment-plan goals.
• Report to incoming staff at shift end.
• Transport residents to/from appointments when indicated.
• Monitor residents’ self-administration of medications.
