Job summary

Perseus House, Inc. seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Specialists for per diem positions. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help adolescents develop social and daily living skills in a supportive clinical setting.

Roles require strong communication, ability to follow protocols, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Prior residential experience is preferred but not required; DHS and state clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in residential settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation protocols.
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable; able to work independently or in a team.
• Per diem availability including evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Collect and document data on client behaviors and progress.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent treatment.
