Phoenix House Florida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician-Per Diem for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support our Therapeutic Community. The role requires maintaining a safe environment, coordinating with the resident structure, and ensuring TC compliance while providing transportation and assisting with meetings and activities.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience in substance abuse or mental health settings is preferred; Therapeutic Community

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting preferred.
• Therapeutic Community experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor environment and ensure TC program compliance.
• Provide transportation to residents using Phoenix House vehicles.
• Oversee daily meetings and wrap-up; support groups as directed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Phoenix House's EHR (Welligent) within 30 days.
