Applied ABC is seeking Per Diem BCBAs in the San Francisco area. You will provide evidence-based ABA services with clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling, including in-person and hybrid options. You will work with families and interdisciplinary teams, supported by staffing coordinators, case managers, and a clinical support team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person services.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming.
• Monitor progress and ensure effective, individualized treatment.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services.
