Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide individualized ABA services with clinical autonomy. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for in-person or hybrid work, allowing you to control caseloads and hours.

You will collaborate with families and a clinical team while maintaining high standards of ethics and documentation. Experience with autism and licensure in the US is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• Active state licensure where applicable is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming accordingly.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements.
