Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services with families and clinical teams. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with schools and professionals, and a flexible schedule across in-person and hybrid settings.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, analyze data, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
