Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA in the United States to provide individualized ABA services with clinical autonomy and flexible hours. This role supports families across in-person and hybrid settings, offering autonomy while ensuring high-quality clinical care.

You will work with children and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, document thoroughly, and utilize ATrack to streamline data collection and planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
