Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA in California to provide individualized ABA services with flexible hours. You’ll partner with families and a clinical team, delivering evidence-based interventions across in-person and hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• > Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• > Active BCBA certification in good standing
• > Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• > Active state licensure where applicable
• > Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• > Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• > Reliable transportation when in-person services are required
• > Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services
