Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services to children and families, with flexibility in scheduling and the option to work in-person or remotely. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with families and schools.

The position supports a dedicated team including Staffing Coordinators and Case Managers, ensuring access to the clinical platform ATrack.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision and parent training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
