Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA for in-person and hybrid services in Massachusetts. The role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate, with staffing support and a proprietary platform for treatment planning and data collection.

The position requires a Master's in ABA, active BCBA, supervision credential, and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, plus strong communication and reliable transportation for in-person work.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field and active BCBA certification.
• 8-hour supervision certificate and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Analyze data and adjust programming to show client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
