Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Per Diem, hourly role with flexible scheduling in New Hampshire. The position supports in-person or hybrid service delivery and emphasizes data-driven ABA therapy for children and families.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and collaborate with families and schools while ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
