Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized ABA services across in-person or remote settings. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes for children and families, with support from a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments for individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint

Education

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis
