Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services, in-person or remote, with flexible hourly scheduling. You’ll work with a dedicated Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager to support case selection and onboarding.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs, data analysis, and thorough documentation, all while adhering to BACB and HIPAA guidelines. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate; state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
