Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to support clients with autism across various settings. The role requires a Master’s in ABA and a BCaBA style license, with supervision credentials for RBTs. You will collaborate with families and staff, develop and update treatment plans, and ensure timely assessments and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst license is required.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the US.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate for supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain 1+ case(s) and meet all approved hours of the authorization.
• Reach out to families for every new case within 3 business days.
• Interview staff and/or family members before the treatment plan.
• Develop and update treatment plans and related templates.
• Conduct initial assessments and 3- or 6-month reassessments on time.
• Define target behaviors in objective terms and measure progress.
• Directly see the patient in all relevant settings and document progress notes.
• Train staff and family members on implementation of the plan.
• Provide supervision and BTMs for cases as applicable.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely billing notes.
