Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly work with flexible scheduling. You will deliver individualized ABA services, with opportunities to work in-person or remotely and to collaborate with families, schools, and case managers.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven treatment, and adherence to BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements. A supportive staffing coordinator will help match cases to your availability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical ABA services at every touchpoint.
