Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per diem to provide ABA services in a flexible schedule across multiple settings, including schools. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress for children.

This role supports RBTs and BCaBAs, ensures compliant documentation, and utilizes the ATrack platform for data collection and treatment planning.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
State licensure where applicable.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
