Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Per Diem BCBA to manage client-specific behavior analysis services across varying locations based on client needs. The role requires a Master's in ABA and BCBA certification, with experience in autism spectrum disorders and supervising RBTs as needed.

The candidate will contact families, develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure proper documentation while coordinating with guardians, schools, and care teams. A valid US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst license is required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder across ages is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain 1+ case(s) and meet all authorized hours.
• Contact families of new cases within 3 business days.
• Interview staff or family members prior to treatment plan development.
• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable target behaviors.
• Directly supervise and train staff and family members in plan implementation.
• Record session notes and ensure timely monthly progress documentation.
• Coordinate care with guardians, schools, and other teams.
• Adhere to guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
