Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide individualized ABA services with clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling. This role supports families and teams, supplements a clinician's caseload, and offers the opportunity to tailor hours to life commitments.

You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, analyze data, and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements, delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services
